How does a first engagement usually start?+
A scoped evaluation on your own records. You bring something you actually execute, a batch record, a stack of supplier certificates or a deviation file, and we show you what Litewave finds and what it cites as evidence before you commit to anything.
Do you support fully offline deployments?+
Yes. Litewave can be installed inside isolated facilities with no outbound network, with updates and model packages delivered on signed media. The same agents run identically across cloud, on-premises and air-gapped deployments.
What does the commercial agreement usually cover?+
Scope of workflows, sites and volume, the deployment model, support and availability commitments, and the validation documentation you need to qualify Litewave in your environment. We work through all of it during procurement.
